Who we are & What we Provide.

 My name is Brittany, I am the owner of BrittNe & Co., LLC. I am from Youngstown, Ohio and grew up  in low income and project housing in underserved communities. I know firsthand how it is to grow  up in inadequate housing and also how hard it is to find affordable housing. My dream has been to  start a realty company that buys, rehabs and rents properties to build up underserved communities  and begin the journey to homeownership, this is why I decided to start my own business. I believe that well maintained and reasonable housing can be provided all the while growing and  sustaining a profitable business in real-estate. Part of my mission is to transform impoverished  communities therefore, establishing business relationships with small businesses of the community  will help to achieve this goal. I truly believe that having a great home and community can be life  changing. My company will provide safe and affordable housing while simultaneously building up  the community
